Menatl health is important, because it effects our way of thinking, our behavior, emotions, relationships, work and personal growth. It represents our ability to adapt, our creativity and resistance to sudden, unexpected stressors.
World health organization (WHO) understands menatl health as »a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”
